Job description

Insulation Installer

Join our team as an Insulation Installer where you will be working in commercial buildings installing spray foam insulation! No experience in insulation needed!

Responsibilities :

  • Install insulation in commercial, multi-family, industrial, and some residential new build homes.
  • Work within a 60-mile radius, with occasional travel for larger projects.
  • Meet at the shop every morning at 6 am, load up, and travel with the crew to the job site.
  • Work from 6 am to 4 / 5 pm Monday through Friday, with optional weekends.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Skills / Qualifications :

  • Experience with industrial spray foam insulation a plus.
  • Proficiency in operating a spray gun a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in varying climate conditions.
  • Willingness to work with others and independently.
  • Experience in general construction, batted insulation, painting, and installation.
  • Strong ambition and work ethic.
  • Good punctuality and reliability.

    • Pay and Benefits :

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
