Roles & Responsibilities :

Represent clients in contested foreclosure, title disputes, collections, and bankruptcy cases.

Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

Appear in court to argue motions and present cases effectively.

Provide strategic legal advice through detailed research and analysis.

Manage caseload autonomously while collaborating within a supportive team.

Qualifications :

Admitted to practice in any one of the following states : Nevada, California, Arizona, or Utah.

5-7 years of experience in litigation, ideally in creditor's rights or foreclosure.

Proven expertise in pleadings, court appearances, and legal research.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Positive, collaborative team player with leadership potential.
