• Leading a team of product engineers to deliver innovative seating solutions from concept to market.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including industrial design and marketing, to develop new product concepts.
• Reviewing engineering designs and prints to ensure compliance with Steelcase standards and customer requirements.
• Driving project timelines and resolving cross-functional issues to keep development on track.
• Mentoring and developing team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management.
• Overseeing new product development activities, ensuring quality and manufacturability throughout the process.
• Building strong internal relationships to foster alignment and effective communication across teams.

• At least 3 years of formal leadership experience
• 10+ years of engineering experience (preference for product engineering)
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent discipline)
