Our client, a health and wellness supplement brand , is hiring a Senior Manager, DTC eCommerce to lead and optimize its direct-to-consumer business at a hybrid capacity, 2 days a week in office in Santa Monica, CA. The ideal candidate has a proven background in eCommerce management, particularly within subscription-based, high-growth consumer brands, and understands how to balance analytical rigor with brand storytelling.
Job Duties Include :
- Own the day-to-day management of the DTC website, ensuring seamless site performance, merchandising execution, and conversion optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and subscription growth.
- Partner closely with Marketing to align eCommerce initiatives with product launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Oversee merchandising strategy, homepage refreshes, product pages, and promotional content.
- Manage product launches, promotions, and inventory visibility in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
- Work with Creative to deliver a visually engaging and brand-aligned shopping experience.
- Collaborate with CX teams to identify and implement enhancements across the customer journey.
- Lead and optimize subscription programs to maximize retention and customer lifetime value.
- Leverage CRM, loyalty, and personalization tools to strengthen engagement and drive repeat purchases.
- Own eCommerce analytics, including traffic, conversion, AOV, subscription, and retention metrics.
- Develop and execute A / B testing strategies to inform site functionality, messaging, and promotional tactics.
- Deliver regular reports and actionable insights to inform digital, marketing, and business decisions.
Job Qualifications Include :
7+ years of eCommerce or digital marketing experience, ideally within DTC consumer brandsProficiency with Shopify, Google Analytics, and eCommerce tech stack integrations.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach.Experience managing subscription-based businesses is required.Excellent organizational and project management abilities with the capacity to balance multiple priorities.Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Passion for wellness, consumer experience, and authentic brand storytelling.Salary : $145k
