About the Role : High School Spanish Teacher
As a High School Spanish Teacher , you will play a pivotal role in developing students into global citizens. You will become an expert in your course content and inspire high school students to communicate confidently in Spanish. Your classroom will be a safe space where students can express themselves in a new language, preparing them for academic autonomy and college-level work.
Key Responsibilities
Enhance students' bilingual skills and prepare them for Advanced Placement (AP) and collegiate coursework.
Meet weekly with your principal and / or instructional coach to analyze student work and assessments.
Build positive relationships with students to ensure they feel seen, loved, and heard.
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience impacting K-12 students in urban schools preferred.

Compensation
The salary for this role ranges from $56,000 to $80,000 , determined by factors such as relevant teaching experience and educational certifications. Candidates without full-time teaching experience will likely start at $56,000.
