A company is looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Rep.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients and customers for appointment scheduling and health assessments
Assist members with benefits and insurance information through welcome calls
Conduct surveys via outbound calls to gather feedback
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Strong computer experience including data entry and navigation
Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
Must provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
