Nordson is seeking a highly skilled SAP Director to lead our ERP Transformation program. At Nordson, the SAP Director will oversee all modules and aspects of our SAP Transformation journey, transitioning the organization from SAP ECC to S4 / HANA. The role will lead design, process simplification & standardization, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborating closely with Nordson's business and IT leaders, this role will shape the strategic direction of our enterprise ERP environment and lead towards modernization and achieving specific business objectives.

As the leader of the SAP team, you would champion the successful delivery of the SAP ERP transformation to achieve Nordson's Technology strategic goals. This role will be required to influence and partner with senior and executive business leaders across the organization to understand, design and implement SAP solutions that achieves business needs and objectives. You will also be directly instrumental in cultivating a culture of excellence across the SAP team, leveraging industry best practices and toolkits to achieve outstanding results.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

ERP Transformation Portfolio Management :

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of the SAP S / 4HANA transformation program and initiatives, balancing strategic & technical oversight with hands-on problem solving. Serve as the primary point of accountability for program outcomes, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to align program deliverables with organizational objectives.
• Direct all aspects of program planning, resource allocation, risk management, and systems integration. Complete prioritization of new enhancement and comprehensive feasibility analysis of requests.
• Accountable for establishing scalable system design, code quality oversight, and integration efforts and adherence to best practices. Champion business process transformation across the various SAP functions.
• Oversee the design and integration of SAP S / 4HANA, BTP, and other SAP and non-SAP applications, ensuring scalability, robustness, and reusability. Establish and provide technical oversight across SAP landscape.
• Assess and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize SAP solution, streamline delivery processes, and drive long-term business value through SAP and other ERP and non-ERP technology enablement.
