Travel Nurse Job Details

Location : Ontario, Oregon 97914 (Pacific Northwest)

Unit : Obstetrics – Labor & Delivery

Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse (RN)

Start Date : September 28, 2025

End Date : December 27, 2025

Duration : 13-week nursing contract

Shift : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM (12-hour night shifts)

Hours per Week : 36

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $1950 - $2090

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (Oregon preferred)

Certification in Labor and Delivery nursing required

Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Ability to complete all onboarding health and competency requirements (immunizations, drug screen, background check)

Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills

Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring mothers and newborns in the Obstetrics / Labor & Delivery unit

Monitor patient status, administer medications, and assist with labor and delivery procedures

Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Educate and support patients and families throughout the childbirth process

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital policies, safety, and quality standards
