With over 50% travel, this position ensures consistency across store locations by reviewing KPIs, financials, and safety practices, while also collaborating with manufacturers like Caterpillar on Dealer Excellence programs and warranty decisions. The role supports team development, promotes manufacturer programs, and drives strategic growth in aftermarket services—all aligned with Butler’s mission to build long-term relationships founded on trust and mutual success.

What You’ll Do

• Provide support to the Service and Parts Team in your region, including travel to those stores.
• Assist with meeting metrics and attributes set by Caterpillar.
• Conduct contamination control audits, review customer surveys, and provide support to the store for ways to improve customer experience.
