JOB SUMMARY : The Content Creator, Copy-writing supports the Creative Team and is responsible for developing high-level strategic content tailored for use across print (catalogs, flyers, manuals), digital (DTC websites, product detail pages, email campaigns, social media posts), and video (advertising, tutorials, assembly videos). This role drives consumer engagement and action across all brand channels while ensuring content aligns with overarching strategy and business objectives. Collaboration with the business, creative, digital marketing, and e-commerce teams is integral to ensuring a superior and cohesive consumer experience across properties.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT MAY NOT BE LIMITED TO :
- Create cutting edge graphics and branding elements to enhance the portfolio and value proposition across all channels for PartyLite and Candle-Lite
- Develop compelling and creative content for print, digital, and video formats that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure content supports business strategies and achieves marketing objectives.
- Write and edit copy for print materials (e.g., catalogs, flyers, packaging, manuals), digital assets (e.g., product descriptions, landing pages, social media posts, SEO content), and video scripts (e.g., advertising, tutorials, promotional videos).
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, tone, and quality across all formats and channels.
- Optimize content for SEO with keyword integration and discovery to fill content gaps and enhance search visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and digital teams to create content that adheres to best practices for SEO and search marketing.
- Review and edit SEO titles and meta descriptions for consumer appeal and improved site rankings.
- Proof and review artwork across formats, including instruction manuals, packaging, templates, and video content.
- Incorporate AI tools to enhance efficiency and optimize content quality.
- Monitor competitor content strategies to identify trends and opportunities for differentiation.
- Support organizational needs during high workload periods with a proactive and flexible mindset.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) from a four-year college or university in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related studies.Three to five (3-5) years of related experience and / or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Demonstrated expertise in creating content across print, digital, and video formats.Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure content accuracy and quality.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of Shopify, Listrak, icentris, Sprout are a plusProficiency in SEO best practices and content optimization strategies.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively.Proven ability to transform ideas into high-quality content aligned with business goals.Experience with AI tools for content creation and performance optimization.Strong portfolio showcasing writing and editorial skills across diverse media.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
