Growing together.\n\nThis LPN position focuses on adult medicine, located at 7061 Grand Montecito, Las Vegas, NV. Enjoy a work schedule with no weekends, nights, or holidays.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities : \n
- Conduct thorough collection and documentation of patient information, including vital signs and health risk assessments.\n
- Provide clinical interventions such as medication administration, treatments, and procedures as directed by a provider.\n
- Assist with incoming phone calls and manage patient messages.\n
- Collaborate with the team to determine resolutions and assign tasks accordingly.\n
- Monitor patients with chronic diseases and verify eligibility and status for extended care benefits.\n
- Anticipate provider needs for patient examinations and coordinate with the RN.\n
- Support RNs in executing and completing individualized patient care plans.\n
- Mentor and assist coworkers, including training medical assistants when needed.\n
- Fulfill compliance obligations such as maintaining lab quality control, crash carts, and narcotic counts.\n
- Gather necessary medical information for case presentations as required.\n

- High school diploma or GED.\n
- Current, unrestricted NV LPN license or a temporary license with a plan for obtaining a permanent one.\n
- Current CPR / BLS certification.\n
- At least 1 year of clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).\n
- Immunization and injection experience.\n
- Leadership or charge experience.\n
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.\n\nCompensation is grounded in various factors including local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.
