Interactive Producer Job at Mathys+Potestio / The Creative Party® in Coral Gable

This is a 3-month, full-time (40 hours / week), on-site contract role located in Coral Gables, FL, with the intention of extending up to 1 year (in 3-month increments).

Summary

We are seeking an experienced Interactive Producer to lead the execution and delivery of digital marketing initiatives across web, email, and other owned digital platforms. This role will directly impact how customers engage with our brand online, driving innovation and supporting localized initiatives across key markets.

Our Ideal Candidate

Substantial years of experience in digital marketing and web project management, ideally within a design firm, ad agency, or in-house creative / marketing team

Passion for digital communications and interactive experiences with a strong foundation in project and production management

Proficient in digital marketing platforms, content creation workflows, and localization processes

Familiar with web development, QA processes, and cross-platform digital initiatives

Skilled in collaborating with brand managers, creative teams, agencies, and technical partners

Able to work independently while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, stakeholders, and markets

Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail

A passion for design, customer-centric experiences, and creative problem-solving

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the production and flawless delivery of digital marketing campaigns and customer-facing interactive experiences. You’ll partner with brand managers, creative teams, and external agencies to manage timelines, localization, and execution. This includes coordinating digital content creation, ensuring quality assurance, and adapting global projects for local markets.

You will also manage ongoing campaign sustainment, seasonal initiatives, and confidential launches while supporting strategic enhancements informed by data, market insights, and emerging trends. By maintaining close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with brand priorities, and optimized for customer impact.

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent practical experience

Strong background in marketing communications, design, UX, or web project management

Multilingual proficiency (French, Spanish, or Portuguese) is a plus

Fully on-site role based in Coral Gables, FL

Starting 3-month contract, with intent to extend in 3-month increments up to 1 year

Pay rate : $49.70 / hour (W-2)
