Quality Engineer (Levels I-III)

About the Role :

We're hiring Quality Engineers to support manufacturing excellence and ensure AS9100 compliance. Depending on your experience level (I-III), you'll contribute to audits, root cause analysis, New Product Introduction (NPI), and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do :

• Conduct process audits and support AS9100 compliance
• Review FAIRs and create Standard Work Instructions (SWIs)
• Lead or support root cause investigations and corrective actions
• Participate in or lead NPI activities (PFMEA, MSA, Control Plans)
• Monitor and improve quality metrics across operations
