Who We Are
At Blue Stone Management, were not just consultants; were builders of big ideas, problem-solvers, and data enthusiasts who thrive at the intersection of engineering, construction, and technology. We partner with public agencies and private clients on projects that shape communities, and we believe project management systems should be just as seamless and empowering as the design and delivery process itself.
If you love turning complex project needs into streamlined, intuitive PMIS solutions and you get a thrill from bringing order to chaos, integrating systems, and helping teams work more efficiently, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
- Lead the charge : Drive the full lifecycle of PMIS implementation, planning, requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and beyond.
- Keep projects on track : Build and maintain schedules, deliverables, and budgets that ensure successful rollouts every time.
- Be the bridge : Work closely with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to make sure the system works for everyone, not just the tech team.
- Run the room : Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture requirements and map out workflows.
- Make it seamless : Oversee data migration, system integrations, and interfaces to keep information flowing smoothly.
- Teach and empower : Develop training programs and resources so end-users feel confident using the system from day one.
- Solve challenges fast : Monitor risks, issues, and changes, and keep stakeholders in the loop with clear updates.
