• Position Overview :

As a TLA Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellence and helping build TLA’s reputation as the go-to law firm for personal injury litigation. The ideal candidate will be excited to learn and grow personally and professionally. Your primary role will be to enthusiastically and proactively collaborate with our legal team in all aspects of the litigation process. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, and other legal professionals to ensure we deliver great results through superior file organization, efficient time management, and attentive advocacy and communication with our clients. At TLA we do not manage cases, we deliver superior results.

Salary is based on experience with a starting range of $65,000 - $75,000 a year. We offer paid legal holidays, health, vision, dental insurance, 401K, and UNLIMITED PTO and sick leave. This is a unique opportunity to build with us and be compensated accordingly.
