A company is looking for a Lead Director of UM Innovation Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage strategic projects and programs from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence

Drive transformation initiatives to modernize healthcare UM operations by aligning cross-functional teams

Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic plans and ensure alignment with organizational priorities

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in healthcare project management with a track record of leading large-scale initiatives

Strong understanding of clinical and health plan operations and value creation methodologies

Experience in strategic planning and agile project portfolio management within the healthcare industry

Expertise in technologies such as APIs, Microservices, and Predictive Modeling

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, with a preference for a Master's Degree
