What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering squads responsible for core components of the employer's AiSight Platform
  • Provide technical direction and architectural guidance to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and security
  • Collaborate with product, design, and science teams to translate requirements into robust engineering solutions
  • Drive execution of engineering initiatives, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high technical standards
  • Align engineering priorities with organizational strategy through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders

    • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2+ years in engineering leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing multiple teams or squads delivering complex, enterprise-grade software products
  • Strong technical foundation in modern software architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP)
  • Experience building scalable and secure systems in healthcare or other highly regulated industries
  • Excellent communication and organizational leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring engineers

  • Experience in developing systems compliant with healthcare regulations
