What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead, mentor, and grow multiple engineering squads responsible for core components of the employer's AiSight PlatformProvide technical direction and architectural guidance to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and securityCollaborate with product, design, and science teams to translate requirements into robust engineering solutionsDrive execution of engineering initiatives, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high technical standardsAlign engineering priorities with organizational strategy through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholdersWhat is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2+ years in engineering leadership rolesProven experience managing multiple teams or squads delivering complex, enterprise-grade software productsStrong technical foundation in modern software architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP)Experience building scalable and secure systems in healthcare or other highly regulated industriesExcellent communication and organizational leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring engineersHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
