As a Security Professional Residential Site Full Time in Tustin, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a residential location, you will monitor entrances and exits, conduct regular patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role includes providing outstanding customer service and clear communication to residents and visitors. By upholding Allied Universal's values of reliability, agility, and teamwork, you will contribute to a welcoming and secure environment while putting people first and always acting with integrity.

Position Type : Full Time

Pay Rate : $22.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment within the residential community.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the well-being of the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to observe and report any irregularities or security-related concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and property management to address security-related needs and maintain a visible presence throughout the location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
