Key Responsibilities

Ensure Solution Consultants demonstrate relevance to customers and deliver high-quality presentations and proofs of concept

Develop team members and maintain a recruiting pipeline to meet future business demands

Manage day-to-day activities, including resource scheduling, expense review, and activity reporting

Required Qualifications

Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making

Experience in a fast-growing IT environment, including software or cloud

7 years of presales experience, including managing presales teams

Understanding of coaching, mentoring, and management of individual contributors

Thorough understanding of the SaaS market and service management practices
