Business Project Advisor

The Business Project Advisor is responsible for working directly with clients on all aspects of new client implementations / projects, client expansions and existing clients implementing new programs. Analyzes business operations and recommends solutions that align with client goals. These solutions may be unique for each implementation. Maintains current knowledge of EviCore programs, platforms and solutions and understands how each can be adapted to meet client objectives. Establishes both tactical and strategic relationships with client Business / Workstream owners, serves as a mentor and subject matter expert, leads the requirements definition process and is responsible for the documentation of decisions and the solution. This position will manage multiple, concurrent projects and drive working sessions with clients, with other project team members, to ensure expectations and direction are aligned and timelines are being met. Ability to handle a large volume of work independently and directly with clients on larger, more complex projects. This position also has Project Management responsibilities for unique implementation efforts where the standard implementation methodology must be modified to meet the goals of the program.

Primary Functions

• Manages multiple implementations with cross functional teams.
• Develops project task plan with all key milestones required to achieve business objectives.
• Self-sufficiently develop project approach (key stakeholders, need for sub-teams, phases, operating mechanisms, etc.).
• Objectively plan and execute project kickoff to launch the project.
• Develops risk management plan
• Supports projects that define and implement major process improvements across a department or multiple business functions.
• Supports process improvement events through facilitation
