Job Description
Local client has partner up Ultimate Staffing to assist in their opening for an Office Assistant bi-lingual Spanish.
This will be onsite, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm no flexibility on hours.
Duties:
Will assist the Investment Manager in administrative tasks.
Data Entry
Ten- key
Answering phone calls
Setting up the conference room
Analyzing reports
Must have Word and Excel background
Must have recent work experience in an office setting
Detailed and must be okay to work in a fast paced environment
Team player
