Driver / Crew Leader | Lead and Grow with Us

Overview

Join our production landscape and irrigation team as a Driver / Crew Leader and take the next step toward leadership and long-term growth. This role is for individuals who can safely operate company vehicles, lead crews in the field, and manage job sites across multiple scopes of work.

We are looking for dependable leaders who understand that production landscaping requires versatility, accountability, and teamwork. If you can lead from the front and get the job done right, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Safely drive company trucks and transport crews, tools, and materials to and from job sites

Lead and execute production landscape projects, including irrigation, sod installation, plant installation, and tree installation

Direct daily crew activities to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met

Manage job sites and coordinate tasks across multiple scopes of work

Communicate effectively with office staff, project managers, and field supervisors

Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and efficiency

Ensure crews follow company procedures, schedules, and expectations

Requirements

Valid Texas driver’s license

CDL not required

Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred

Proven experience in production landscaping, irrigation, sod installation, or related field work

Prior crew leadership or lead role experience preferred

Strong organizational skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

Reliable, accountable, and able to lead by example

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday

Occasional Saturdays as needed
