Training Leader
The Training Leader will develop, implement, and manage training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to achieve the facility's Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) objectives. This role emphasizes fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with aerospace industry standards, and supporting the development of both technical and soft skills. Training programs will include new hire onboarding, ongoing employee development, and apprenticeship initiatives.

Required : Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing operations experience plus an additional 3 years of manufacturing operations experience.
