Location : Remote (Occasional travel to Salisbury, MD 3 days / month in a single trip)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI / ML Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale AI initiatives, design modern machine learning architectures, and guide global teams in building scalable and compliant AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on expertise with AI / ML frameworks, cloud data platforms, and end-to-end AI governance.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field .

15+ years of overall IT experience , including 5+ years in AI / ML architecture or advanced analytics leadership roles.

Deep hands-on expertise with AI / ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, XGBoost .

Strong experience with data platforms including Snowflake, Dataiku, and Azure Data Services .

Proven background in defining AI governance frameworks , model lifecycle management, compliance, and responsible AI standards.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional global teams and manage large-scale architecture programs.

Solid understanding of CPG domain processes and data-driven decision-making systems.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to advanced Snowflake AI capabilities such as Feature Store , Model Registry , and Cortex AI .

Experience integrating AI systems with Power BI , Azure Synapse , or other visualization tools.

Strong understanding of MLOps concepts for seamless collaboration with operational and engineering teams.

Ability to define full AI system architecture , including data pipelines, model selection, deployment patterns, and scalability considerations.

Experience partnering with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-focused architectural solutions.

Ability to evaluate and select appropriate AI tools, frameworks, and technologies , leveraging existing enterprise tools where possible.

Leadership experience guiding AI Engineers, Data Scientists , and cross-functional teams in delivering production-grade AI solutions.

Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations , ethical AI practices, and compliance standards.

Experience overseeing the integration of AI solutions into enterprise systems, ensuring interoperability, performance, and security.
