Material Handler

Location : Malden, MA

This entry-level Material Handler role supports daily operations by moving parts and materials, assisting with shipping and receiving, and keeping the warehouse organized. This position is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience who is sharp, dependable, and eager to learn. Strong communication and teamwork skills are key, as you will work closely with other departments to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily flow of materials in and out of the warehouse.
• Move parts, supplies, and finished goods between production areas, shipping, and storage.
• Support shipping and receiving activities including packaging, labeling, and preparing materials for transport.
• Maintain accurate records of materials and transactions in warehouse systems.
• Keep warehouse areas organized, clean, and safe in compliance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure materials are delivered on time.
• Operate material handling equipment (training / certification provided as needed).
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
• Provide general support to warehouse and production teams as needed.
