Enrolled Agent Or Tax Attorney will be expected to perform the following duties:

Correspondence with IRS/State authorities by phone, email, and/or fax (Compliance Calls).
File IRS Tax Programs (OIC, CNC, Installment agreements, Non-Collectable, Innocent Spouse, etc.) Must be able to fight for the client to get the best resolution for their back taxes.
Remove Garnishments, IRS levies, or federal tax liens.
Interact with Management/Sales in a professional and timely manner.
Provide Direction to Case Managers to keep Resolutions moving forward.
Prioritize caseload and Manage assigned Client Pipeline.
