Job Description

As our Vice President of Generative AI & Data Science , you will be instrumental in shaping and driving Blend360's GenAI capabilities and solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for formulating GenAI-powered solutions for our clients, building a talented team, and establishing our Data Science & Insights line of business as a thought leader in the application of Generative AI for business value creation and transformation.

What You'll Do :

• Lead Solution Development : Leverage your deep expertise to lead teams that conceptualize, design, and oversee the development of innovative GenAI-powered solutions and experiences across various industries and business functions (e.g., content generation, summarization, conversational AI, code generation, synthetic data, etc.).
• Business Development : Participate in business development efforts for GenAI solutions sold to clients, including shaping proposals and solutions for new and existing clients and presenting Blend360’s GenAI delivery capabilities.
• Client Engagement Leadership : Oversee and lead complex GenAI consulting engagements, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions that drive measurable business value for our clients. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
• Team Building & Leadership : Recruit, mentor, and build a high-performing team of GenAI consultants with diverse skill sets in areas such as prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, GenAI model development, and application integration. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Practice Development : Develop and standardize GenAI consulting methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. Contribute to the creation of reusable assets, project accelerators, and knowledge repositories.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with Blend360's data science, engineering, and intelligent application teams to deliver integrated solutions and leverage the company's broader capabilities.
• ROI Focus : Ensure that all GenAI solutions are designed and delivered with a clear focus on achieving significant and measurable return on investment for our clients.
