• Work Monday through Friday from 6 : 45 AM to 5 : 15 PM with call responsibilities
• Position available after 10 / 25 / 25
• Function as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing individualized high-quality, safe patient care
• Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care that adapts to cultural diversity and population-specific characteristics
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Complete timely documentation and promote respectful, inclusive clinical environment
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support shared governance activities
• Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education
• Serve as preceptor / mentor for other professional nurses and students
• Required certifications : RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Minimum education : Diploma from accredited nursing school or Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN)
• Less than 1 year experience required with direct patient care experience preferred
• Must possess strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies decisively
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills required
