What You’ll Do :
Lead the Full HR Lifecycle Oversee talent acquisition, staffing, and workforce planningDirect onboarding, employee processing, and organizational integrationManage compensation, benefits, and job structureLead training, coaching, and development initiatives across departmentsElevate performance management processes and ensure accountabilityDrive Culture & Organizational Excellence Develop and strengthen company values across all subsidiariesBuild systems that improve communication and leadership effectivenessSupport managers with guidance, coaching, and decision-makingCreate an environment where engagement, retention, and growth thriveOwn HR Compliance & Policy Maintain AA / EEO compliance, labor law adherence, and regulatory reportingInvestigate issues with precision, confidentiality, and fairnessUpdate, enforce, and communicate policies, procedures, and guidelinesEnsure workplace safety, record-keeping accuracy, and HR data integrityPartner with Leadership Provide strategic HR counsel to executives and department headsWork directly with our PEO to synchronize payroll, benefits, and HR operationsDevelop HR metrics, reporting, and systems that enable informed decision-makingShape long-term HR strategy that aligns with organizational growthQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Management, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of progressive HR experienceStrong communication, organizational, and negotiation skillsProven ability to execute recruiting strategy and manage candidate pipelinesExperience supporting managers in performance, leadership, and employee relationsStrong consulting ability — capable of influencing at all levelsAnalytical mindset with the ability to structure processes and scale workflowsProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)Experience working with PEOs and HRIS systems preferredWhy Join Us :
