Mandarin Community Manager

A company is looking for a Mandarin-speaking Community Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with Chinese associations, local organizations, and offline worker groups in various European countries

Promote referral and affiliate campaigns to drive adoption among migrant workers

Create Chinese-language content highlighting the company's benefits and manage its presence in relevant online communities

Required Qualifications

Native Mandarin speaker, fluent in English

Experience in remittance services is a significant advantage

Understanding of Chinese diaspora life in Europe, preferably with experience in migrant communities

Experience in community management, marketing, and user growth, particularly with WeChat and Chinese diaspora engagement

Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work independently and test new ideas
