Job descriptionDeliver exceptional dental care and contribute to breakthrough healthcare solutions. Collaborative team dedicated to digital transformation and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Assume responsibility for delivering quality care to all patients (mix of adults / pediatrics), disrupting traditional dental practices with innovative solutions. Adhere to the highest standards of dental ethics and professionalism, pioneering best practices in oral health. Collaborate with the Director of Dental Services to establish dental policies and quality improvement procedures, embracing digital transformation. Recommend innovative changes to enhance patient flow, dental records, billing, and appointment practices. Supervise, direct, and educate dental ancillary staff, fostering a culture of agile methodologies and continuous improvement. Participate in community health events such as school screenings and health fairs, driving community engagement and impact. Engage in the Performance Improvement Program, continuously seeking ways to enhance practice efficiency. Provide emergency call services in alignment with established protocols and standard practices. Minimum Qualifications Graduate from an accredited dental school, equipped to revolutionize community healthcare. Possess a valid Texas dental license, ready to pioneer dental innovation. Professional clinical dental experience, with a focus on data-driven, tech-savvy practices. Authoritative knowledge of dentistry as a general practitioner, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a digital-first environment. Highly desirable experience in community health centers, demonstrating a commitment to disrupting traditional care models.
