What You'll Be Doing :

• Work alongside an experienced Superintendent and Project Manager to manage day-to-day project coordination.
• Review and interpret FDOT and general construction plans (plan reading experience required).
• Assist with tracking, documentation, and field coordination using tools like Bluebeam, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Spend time both in the office (Venice) and field (Naples-Cape Coral-Fort Myers area) ensuring construction runs smoothly.
• Be part of a collaborative, patient, and growth-minded team that values teaching and mentorship.
