Ellie Bird is a chef-driven, upcale casual concept from the Michelin-starred team behind Rooster and Owl. This brand new space in the heart of Falls Church is currently open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday, with brunch also on Saturday and Sunday.  Weekend / brunch availability is necessary.

We are seeking team players who genuinely enjoy  creating fun, memorable dining experiences for our guests, as well as the camaraderie of working with a close-knit crew.
