Job Description

Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Coordinate with various teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to relevant parties. Identify and resolve any potential issues or risks that may impact project timelines or quality. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and address their needs effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have : proven experience in the property and construction industry, strong project management and organizational skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities to work effectively with diverse teams, proficiency in project management software and tools, and thorough knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
