About this Position
The Schwarzkopf Professional Sales Representative / Education Expert is responsible for managing their territory’s customer base, including salons, wholesalers, and retailers, to achieve corporate sales budgets. The role focuses on driving sales growth by building strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying business opportunities, and increasing market share while maintaining brand integrity. Additionally, in collaboration with the Head of Education, the role leads innovative and professional educational programs that inspire and support clients, enhancing the brand’s presence and reputation in the marketplace.
What you´ll do
- Achieve sales budgets, maximize vertical (SOW) and horizontal (NCA) brand distribution by managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities within the territory.
- Regularly track KPIs (CPL, DSP, DSR), review performance with Sales Area Manager, and maintain accurate records of calls, activities, and customer data using eESF and other reporting tools.
- Build strong partnerships through regular business reviews, tailored promotional activities, and effective territory journey planning to optimize coverage and meet daily call targets.
- Ensure effective use of marketing, merchandising, and brand materials in salons and retail outlets to promote brand image and ongoing promotional efforts.
- Implement and deliver in-salon education, seminars, and training sessions aligned with global standards, supporting both existing customers and new account acquisition via multiple platforms.
- Drive salon onboarding and conversion with technical product education, hands-on support, product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and coaching to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly administrative tasks including expenses, reports, and ensure all activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
- Continuously develop skills through training programs, share best practices within the team, collaborate with Sales Area Manager, and participate in company initiatives like Train-the-Trainer and conferences.
What makes you a good fit
Sales experience in beauty / haircare with a track record of meeting KPIs and budgets.2-4 years professional hairdressing experience with strong skills in color, care, cutting, and finishing.Hairdressing qualifications; educator experience and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment preferred.Proven ability to acquire and maintain customers with excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced, team environment.Good organizational skills and computer literacy.Some perks of joining Henkel
