100% Field Traveling Position
Reports to Electrical Installations Manager
JOB SUMMARY :
Responsible for leading the electrical installation of conveying systems. This requires interfacing with the electrical PE, project manager, and customer to successfully complete these projects. Must layout, plan, and execute the specific tasks associated with installation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Understand and execute the electrical installation specific to the project plan
Provide field interface with customer's project representative(s)
Provide technical support for vendors, field installation personnel, and engineering subcontractors as related to inquiries. Communicate project specific information with other FORTNA Departments including project management, purchasing, electrical engineering, field installation and fabrication departments.
Maintain project-specific requirements while applying general knowledge of conveying systems, conveying equipment and customer general specifications and standards Be cognoscente of areas for professional development, cost reduction, quality improvements and enhanced customer service Check drawings provided by electrical designers for accuracy and provide feedback for corrections as needed.
Key Results :
Meet engineering deadlines as set by customers and FORTNA Project Management Understand project material requirements and submit for purchase as to meet installation schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Five years of material handling electrical installation experience A state electrical license is preferred Knowledge of :

The base hourly range for this role is $36.58 - $60.96. This base hourly range represents the low and high end of the base hourly range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
