Job Summary
This position is responsible for leading and managing the daily operation of the Residential Multi-Tenant Sales department to meet and exceed budgeted sales goals.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
- Responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted sales goals and yield targets
- Supervise all Multi-Tenant Sales staff
- Monitor the payroll process and ensure that all commissions are calculated properly
- Recruit, interview, hire, train and guide Multi-Tenant Sales staff and service partners
- Support of Multi-Tenant Sales team will consist of approximately 80% office work and 20% field work
- Communicate with sales staff all current market offers and ensure sales staff compliance with offer use and strategy
- Communicate and manage leads while monitoring territory assignments for all Multi-Tenant personnel
- Handle employee relations issues, including performance appraisals, coaching, safety training, etc
- Perform other duties as requested by leadership

Bachelors degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience required
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Sales experience - 2+Sales management experience - 2+Telecommunications and cable industry experience preferredPreferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position generally is between $83,200.00 and $136,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $54,000.
