Customer Support Specialist | Kansas City, KS LHH is partnering with a leading manufacturing and distribution company committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. They are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join the team and help ensure the customers receive timely and accurate updates regarding their orders. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers inquiring about the status of their orders. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction by providing clear, prompt, and professional support. Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status via phone, email, and chat.
• Track and update order information using internal systems.
• Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Identify recurring issues and escalate as needed to improve processes.
• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer concerns.
