The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the selection of customer orders using e-commerce software and picking methods. This team member will assign fulfillment team members to specific locations for selection and oversee the selection shift and merging / loading.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review the fulfillment team schedule and assigns team members to jobs in various locations, including dry, chill, frozen, and bulk
• Oversees the daily shop for same day and next day deliveries
• Ensures fulfillment team members are meeting productivity requirements
• Trains new fulfillment team members
• Oversees the merging / loading area to load completed orders onto trucks for home delivery
• Teach "Would I buy it" to fulfillment team members to minimize broken promise indicators.
• Teaches cold chain to prevent food spoilage
• Ensures gel packs and dry ice are readily available and accessible
• Work in various temperatures zones throughout the warehouse
• Maintains a cleanly work environment and adheres to food safety standards
• Demonstrates the company's values of CARE, INTEGRITY, TEAMWORK, COURAGE, and HUMOR
• Computer knowledge and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Work independently with minimal direction / supervision
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative

• Performs other duties as assigned
