QA Documentation Specialist – Vacaville, CA (On-Site)

$22–$28 / hr | Monday–Friday | 8am–5pm

What You’ll Do

Own the document control process using Veeva Quality Docs

Support quality system integration and ensure compliance with cGMP and global standards

Collaborate across departments to manage document changes, workflows, and approvals

Keep the site audit-ready with accurate, timely documentation

Who You Are

You have 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance within pharma or biotech

You’re confident working with technical documents, formatting, and editing

You’ve used tools like Veeva, Microsoft Teams, and SAP (or are eager to learn!)

You thrive in a team environment and take pride in doing things by the book

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.50 / hr.
