Work you'll do

Sr Consultant : Leads project workstreams, identification and documentation of business requirements and requirements management. Provide functional design, prototyping (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, user training, defining support procedures. Additional duties may include : coordination of schedules, creation of documentation and collateral, creation and execution of test / use cases, configuration of Workday software, assisting with prioritization and sequencing of the workstream's efforts and assisting project leadership as required.

Key responsibilities will include :

• 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• 2+ years of experience leading workstreams or small teams
• Workday Financials Professional certification or capability to obtain upon joining
• A minimum of 1 full life cycle Workday Financial implementation
• Hands-on functional experience
• Proficiency in multiple business processes. Some combination of the following :
• Record-to Report
• Procure-to-Pay
• Order-to-Cash
• Willingness for 50% travel
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,600 to $198,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
