Job Title : Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) – Outpatient Clinic

Location : White Rock Medical Center – Dallas, TX

Schedule : 8 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM, 7 days a week (highly flexible scheduling)

Employment Type : Full-Time or Part-Time

Salary : Competitive, based on experience and credentials

Position Overview :

White Rock Medical Center is expanding our exceptional outpatient clinic team and seeks a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider to deliver world-class, accessible healthcare. Whether you're a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you'll join a dynamic team focused on excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities :

  • Clinical Leadership : Provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services across diverse patient populations
  • Disease Management : Expert management of acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive health screenings
  • Procedural Competency : Perform appropriate in-office procedures with high-quality outcomes
  • Documentation Excellence : Accurate documentation and coding to ensure optimal patient care and compliance
  • Team Collaboration : Coordinate care effectively and communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Continuous Improvement : Participate in quality initiatives and stay current with evidence-based practices

Qualifications : Required :

  • Active Texas licensure as either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Current national certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
  • DEA license or eligibility to obtain
  • BLS certification required; ACLS strongly preferred
  • Preferred :

  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant clinical experience in outpatient setting
  • Demonstrated competency in minor procedures
  • Strong communication and patient relationship skills
  • Experience with quality improvement initiatives
