Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

1099 Contract Role \u007C School-Based \u007C West Virginia (On-Site)

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Ability to obtain West Virginia RBT registration prior to or within 30 days of start date
  • High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience providing ABA or behavioral support (school-based experience a plus)
  • Successful background check before employment begins
  • Passion for culturally responsive care and supporting students with disabilities
  • Compensation

    1099 Rate : $25–$40 / hour (based on experience and placement setting)
