Start Date : December / January-Ongoing (prefer someone who can cover full-time but let me know what you can cover, and I will ask)

Hours : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Patient Volume : 12 patients per day

Reason for opening

Doctor going out on leave sometime in December, see patients for headaches, Parkinsons, seizures, acute stroke, neurologic diseases with specific criteria of testing / ruling out, and Dementia

Job Details : Facility does not treat Dysautonomia, POTS syndrome, Orthostatic Hypertension, Tourette's, Tic disorder, or Tardive Dyskinesia

License : Open to IMLC license

EMR : Epic
