• Sales Acumen : Proven ability to drive sales growth, exceed targets, and close deals.
• Leadership : Lead and coach a team of 6-8 outside sales representatives spanning NY, NJ and PA, acting as a player-coach and guiding the sales process.
• Revenue : Drive New Business Sales by overseeing the entire sales number and growing custom solutions for turnkey solutions, field advisory services, and paid training.
