Responsibilities

The individual in this role will provide highly personalized consulting services for luxury leisure clientele. This role supports an established Principal Advisor who has a high-volume, fast-paced business .

Independently research and execute client luxury leisure bookings, including hotel and villas, yachts, cruises, dining arrangements, trip proposals, travel itineraries , and full-service concierge.

• Considering individualized client preferences, investigate and recommend different travel destination options, travel prices, and customs with minimal help, direction, and supervision.
• Ensure that client is aware of all necessary travel documents and health requirements for countries to be visited.
• Responsible for performing own quality control; independently review client reservations for accuracy and quality.
• Must be available to the clients during their travels, in case of an emergency, a problem arises, or if they wish to make any changes of any kind. Research and propose solutions to any travel-related problem clients may experience.
• Build strong relationships and act as a trusted travel advisor for both new and long-term clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel representatives, DMCs, and tour operators worldwide.
• Utilize a solid understanding of luxury travel programs (Virtuoso, FSPP, STARS, etc.) to maximize client value.
• Must fully understand, evaluate, and assess what services are being requested and the expected timeliness for providing the information.
• Maintain ownership of each client record to ensure all details are completed to the client's satisfaction.
