Key Responsibilities

Code generation and code review

Prompt evaluation and complex data annotation

Training and evaluation of large language models

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

At least 3 years of professional experience with Rust fundamentals

Hands-on experience with Rust testing tools and tooling

Experience with code review, quality analysis, and defect documentation

Advanced English proficiency (C1) or above
