Job Description
You will be the Quality Engineer Senior for the Machining Operations Center team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in the manufacturing of machined components and assemblies for Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business area.
As the Quality Engineer Senior, you will be responsible for applying your mechanical, electrical, or quality engineering expertise to drive quality improvements and ensure exceptional product performance. You will play a critical role in our Machining Operations Center team, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks.

This position is in Orlando.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Desired skills
STEM degree at bachelors level or higher preferred.
CMM programming experience
Experience with automated processes and robotic technologies
Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
Special Process Engineering experience
SAP Application experience
Experience with use of inspection gages and measuring equipment
Experience with material review board requirements, evaluating risk and impact to overall system requirements
Demonstrated understanding of audit techniques
