Manages, monitors, and integrates product / program lifecycle support activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance / modifications, support equipment and facilities. Manages and monitors support engineering data development. Establishes support requirements, costs, technical objectives, definitions, statement of work break-down, reports, master schedule, program implementation and integration plans in accordance with contract requirements. Coordinates and gathers data for estimates in support of proposal activities. Develops processes and coordinates activities to ensure technical data and procedures are documented and current. Conducts presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programs. Reviews program and engineering change proposals and assesses product support impact.

Primary Responsibilities :
Will be responsible for answering and completing publication change request as received by customer. Heavy email focus and working with customers.
Requirements :
Education / experience :
Typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.
Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client.
