Job descriptionPrepare operating rooms for scheduled procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are ready Assist surgeons during surgical procedures, maintaining sterile technique and patient safety Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery, recognizing and responding to changes in condition Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide seamless perioperative care Maintain accurate patient records and document care provided Associate's Degree in Nursing required Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License required 1-2 years of experience in surgical, perioperative, or acute care nursing Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle fast-paced and high-pressure situations
